Congratulations to Alex Kingdom!

We want to say a massive congratulations to Alex and Dennison for coming 2nd in the Musto Open Eventing League!

The Musto Open Eventing League is a newly introducted league competition for Open Eventing competitors in 2011.  The aim of the league is to encourage Members to compete at Open Level, and to provide an opportunity to practise at this level and prepare for the Area Competitions and Championships.

This is an amazing achievement and alot of hard work so well done to you both!

Alex and Dennison won a training bursary to the value of £200.

Team Show Jumping - Burghley Horse Trials

For many years SDPC has sent a team for The Pony Club Showjumping at Burghley, during the Burghley Horse Trials

This year the team consisted of Amy Drummond, Jessica McIlwraith, Jessica Quinlan and Charley Baxter.

All the girls jumped well, especially Amy and Charley who produced clear rounds.The team finished on four faults. The same score last year gave us a 6th place, so we were unlucky not to be placed this year. There were five teams finishing on clear so well done girls , a really good result against stiff opposition.
